This Privacy Policy explains how Social Esti (“Social Esti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit socialesti.com, buy a plan or service, or use our software, AI receptionist, and done-for-you marketing services (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Business information, such as your business name, services, hours, policies, pricing, brand details, logins you choose to share for setup, and anything else you provide on our intake form or in messages to us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we don’t store full card numbers. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and payment status.
Information we handle on your behalf. When you use the Services, your own customers may give information through your website forms, online booking, phone calls answered by the AI receptionist, text messages, and emails. This can include their names, contact details, appointment details, and the content of their messages and calls. We process this information for you, to provide the Services to you, and according to your instructions.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the referring site. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
How we use information
- To provide, set up, and support the Services, including booking, CRM, websites, the AI receptionist, and email and text campaigns.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account, setup, billing, and service updates.
- To send marketing messages, where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Services, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, such as our CRM and website hosting platform, email delivery providers, phone and SMS carriers and messaging providers, AI and voice providers, and Stripe for payments. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- At your direction, for example when you connect a third-party tool or ask us to share information.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Social Esti, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if Social Esti is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Any successor will be bound by this policy for the information it receives.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Social Esti, we may send you messages about your account, appointments, setup, billing, and, if you opted in, promotions. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When our clients use the Services to text their own customers, the client is responsible for getting those customers’ consent, and the same opt-out keywords (STOP and HELP) apply.
AI receptionist calls
Our AI receptionist answers calls for our clients’ businesses. Calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service, for example to book appointments, answer questions, create call summaries, and help the business follow up. Recordings and transcripts are made available to the business you called. If you don’t want your call recorded, you can hang up and contact the business another way.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Clients can ask us to delete information we handle on their behalf.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, and we rely on established providers for hosting and payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
- You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and your request is about information that business collected, please contact that business directly. We will help them respond.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will give you notice, for example by email.
